2007 CPR & First Aid Class Schedule (DuPont, WA)

The City of DuPont Fire Department is pleased to announce the following training classes.

Here is the 4-1-1 on the class:
Ø One-rescuer adult, child and infant CPR with airway management

Ø First aid for choking, control of bleeding, splinting, bandaging, burns, sprains, strains, poison control, and other procedures are covered.

Ø This course meets Labor & Industries and Department of Social & Health Services Standards.

Ø This class is held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Ø Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Cost: $40

Ø Cards are recognized for 2 years

Ø Lunch is not provided. One hour will be given for a lunch break – please bring a sack lunch or feel free to eat at local restaurants.

Ø Please wear comfortable clothes. This class is hands-on and will work on various surfaces.

Ø This class in intended for students ages 13 and older. Please do not bring small children or those who will not be taking the class.

June 16 (Postponed due to Citywide Yard Sale occurring on the same day)
September 15
November 10

* Pre-registration and payment in full is required for all classes. No refunds are given to students who do not attend.

* Registration and payment is due no later than June 8th, September 7th and November 2nd by 5pm to City Hall.

* All courses are subject to cancellation if the class minimum of 10 people is not met.
