My name is Jim
Huston. The name of our business is HDC FILTERS, LLC. My partners
Charles Despars and Kurt Crawford and I, are homeowners living in the
Northwest Landing development within the City of DuPont. In fact we are
neighbors. Our business consists of, Home Furnace Filter Replacements.
This company was established through frustration due to the high cost of
filters provided by another company.
When we purchased our homes, included was a
service for replacement filters for a year.
We began to look into alternatives to paying the high $38.00 delivered, per
filter, when our one year contract expired. What we discovered is that we
could not find these filters anywhere else. We looked for replacements and
found that they were either not in stock or the wrong size and they did not
fit our registers.
Out of all this frustration we decided to form HDC FILTERS, LLC and now have
the right size made for us, the same high quality filters to offer everyone
who needs them in our area for almost half the price per. single ordered
filter. They are 1", 2" and 4" thick. Wherever we go we receive positive
responses and people have been so encouraging along the way. "What a great
Idea" or "Wow, way to go!"
We are going to knock on every door to introduce ourselves and share our
story.
