About Us:
My name is Philip Ragsdale and I am the Project Manager of DuPont Heated Self Storage. DuPont Self Storage is a heated facility featuring radiant heated floors IN EVERY SINGLE UNIT. This is to prevent moisture & mildew from the ground floor up.
We also feature individual door alarms on every door which means if your door opens without your security code entered at the gate an alarm will sound, and that is monitored 24 hours a day.
The property has Several cameras which are recorded round the clock.
I am also the onsite Resident Manager. You have access to the property from 5am to 11pm and we are in the office to help you from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week. We sell Box's & packing supplies. We also rent U-Haul Trucks
